This website and the tutoring services offered through it are operated by Natasha Williams, trading as A Tutor For Me Bahamas. When you book, pay or communicate with us, you are contracting with Natasha Williams.

By accessing this website, requesting a session, creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

A Tutor For Me Bahamas provides personalised one-on-one and small-group tutoring, examination preparation, college course support, custom study guides and related educational services. Sessions are delivered online or face-to-face by appointment. We do not guarantee specific grades or exam outcomes; results depend on the student's effort, attendance and school context.

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Recurring weekly slots may be reserved for up to two months. We reserve the right to adjust availability with reasonable notice. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received or a booking request has been accepted by us.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with 24 hours' notice or more are free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% session fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. The tutor will wait up to 15 minutes for late students; time lost to lateness is not extended beyond the scheduled end time.

Payment is due at the time of booking, or by the end of the week for recurring students. We accept local bank transfer, cash and Island Luck deposits. When you request payment details on our site, we issue a reference number — please quote it with your transfer and email us your receipt so your session can be confirmed.

Group classes are billed monthly in advance. Unpaid sessions may be rescheduled or suspended until payment is received.

Natasha Williams, trading as A Tutor For Me Bahamas, is the seller of all tutoring services offered on this site and handles all billing and customer service enquiries directly.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service in any way.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity, including chargeback fraud or payment abuse.
• Spamming, phishing or sending unsolicited communications through our forms or services.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copying, reselling or redistributing our study guides, worksheets or other materials.
• Interference with the security or operation of the website, including distributing malware, probing, scanning or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
• Scraping, harvesting or bulk-collecting content or data from the site.
• Harassment, abuse, threats or inappropriate conduct toward tutors, staff or other students.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity, contact or payment information.
• Sharing login credentials or purchased materials with third parties.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict access to content, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

All website content, worksheets, study guides, branding, materials and curriculum resources are owned by Natasha Williams / A Tutor For Me Bahamas or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for personal study only. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any of our content.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information and to keep it updated.

We aim to provide reliable, high-quality tutoring, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure performance. Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment on the student's side.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated cancellations or no-shows, or serious policy violations. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natasha Williams / A Tutor For Me Bahamas is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

You agree to indemnify Natasha Williams / A Tutor For Me Bahamas against claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
