3. Services we provide
A Tutor For Me Bahamas provides personalised one-on-one and small-group tutoring, examination preparation, college course support, custom study guides and related educational services. Sessions are delivered online or face-to-face by appointment. We do not guarantee specific grades or exam outcomes; results depend on the student's effort, attendance and school context.
4. Booking and scheduling
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Recurring weekly slots may be reserved for up to two months. We reserve the right to adjust availability with reasonable notice. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received or a booking request has been accepted by us.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with 24 hours' notice or more are free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% session fee. No-shows are charged the full session rate. The tutor will wait up to 15 minutes for late students; time lost to lateness is not extended beyond the scheduled end time.
6. Payments, billing and subscriptions
Payment is due at the time of booking, or by the end of the week for recurring students. We accept secure card payments online, bank transfer, cash and Island Luck deposits. For card payments, subscriptions and billing mechanics, our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with its buyer terms.
Please review Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms for full details on payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics.
7. Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure
