- Recurring weekly time slots can be reserved for up to 2 months.
- The tutor reserves the right to adjust availability with advance notice.

Cancellations & rescheduling
- Free cancellation with 24+ hours notice.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours incur a 50% session fee.
- No-shows are charged the full session rate.
Wait time
- The tutor waits up to 15 minutes for late students.
- Time lost to lateness is not extended beyond the scheduled end time.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of booking, or by the end of the week for recurring students.
- Accepted methods: secure card payment online, bank transfer, cash, or deposit via Island Luck.
- Bank transfer details are shared after booking confirmation. Use the student's name as the reference and send the receipt to tutorformebahamas@gmail.com.
Materials & preparation
- Students bring their required materials — assignments, textbooks and login information.
- The tutor provides supplementary worksheets and practice resources.
Session format
- Sessions are offered online, in person, or hybrid depending on location.
- Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
